Children turn 3 between September 1 and August 31 of the current school year.

2 -day/Thursday & Friday 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.

3 -day/Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9:00-11:00a.m.

Activities are geared toward developing early social interaction, independent play and an introduction to a variety of art media. A warm, nurturing first step toward preschool! The sessions consist primarily of free play during which a variety of toys and sensory materials are available. Each week's activities feature a different theme like "cars and trucks", "pets" and a variety of seasons and holidays.

3 Year Olds

3-day/Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (all 3 year old room)

OR

4-day/ Monday -Thursday option- 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (Older 3s…those that turn 4 early in the school year, along with 4 year olds (combined class).

During Free Play, your child will benefit from a variety of small and large motor activities. At Circle Time your child will further develop their listening, reasoning and verbal skills through the use of conversation, games, stories, songs and finger-plays. Two-three times a month our music teacher visits the classroom. Three year olds also enjoy special days like Teddy Bear Day and a Thanksgiving Finger Feast!

4 Year Olds

Children who turn 4 by September 1

5-day/Monday-Friday* 9:00 - 12:00 p.m. *Extended day Wednesday to 1:30p

OR

4-day/ Monday -Thursday option- 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 4 year olds together with 3s…(those that turn 4 early in the school year) (combined class).

This program builds a strong foundation for listening, math and reading readiness skills necessary for kindergarten success. The Learning Circle features a daily calendar update, show and tell, and activities that revolve around specific thematic units.

The four year olds enjoy field trips, and fun days like "Wacky Wednesday" and "Beach Day".

4 year olds can also enroll in Enrichment classes in the Fall that can extend their day to 1:30pm. (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday).

All daily classes include: outdoor play, rug time, snack time, story time, free play with art activities and clean up time.

Two or three times per month each classroom participates in a music class taught by an independent music teacher.
